Teen Demonstration Pilot (LA, MS, NM, TX) 

The 2009 teen seat belt demo was a replication of the 2008-2009 teen demonstration in Colorado and Nevada. This pilot included LA, MS, NM, OK, TX, and BIA (Bureau of Indian Affairs) using the same teen spot with earned media; however MS produced a spot that was more reflective of their minority teen population.
